Middle School: Special Education, Aide - Boston (2026-2027)

The aide provides 1

1 or group support to students requiring additional assistance, working collaboratively with lead teachers to implement curriculum modifications and behavioral intervention plans. They are responsible for facilitating social interactions, monitoring student progress, and performing school-Wide duties such as lunch and dismissal coverage.

Candidates must possess an associate’s degree, 48 college credit hours, or pass the parapro assessment with a score of at least 464. A deep alignment with kipp ma’s mission and the ability to pass criminal background checks are required.
