Core responsibilities
The behavior technician will shadow and assist bcbas in implementing treatment plans while collecting electronic data on client progress. They are also responsible for engaging clients in therapeutic activities and communicating daily progress to families.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and have the ability to obtain cpr certification. A passion for working with children with special needs and the willingness to complete the rbt training program are required.
