Core responsibilities
The behavior technician will shadow and assist bcbas in implementing treatment plans while collecting and recording electronic data on client behaviors. They are also responsible for engaging clients in therapeutic activities and communicating progress to families.
Requirements summary
Candidates must hold a high school diploma or ged and possess a passion for working with children with special needs. Additionally, they must be willing to complete the 40-Hour rbt training program and obtain cpr certification.
