The coach will provide high-quality instruction for Xcel Bronze and Silver gymnasts while fostering a positive, disciplined, and supportive team environment. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with staff, mentoring newer coaches, and ensuring facility safety and equipment maintenance.
Certified as a Level 8/9 coach with expertise in coaching competitive levels 6–10.
Athlete
Development: Demonstrated success in skill progression and developing gymnasts who excel and confidently compete at high levels.
Program
Design: Skilled in creating and implementing effective, individualized training programs and routines to meet gymnasts’ unique needs.
Communication &
Interpersonal
Skills: Exceptional ability to connect with athletes and build strong relationships with families through clear and supportive communication.
Safety
Compliance: SafeSport Certified (or willingness to obtain certification within 15 days of hire).
Availability to work evenings and weekends to support training sessions and competition schedules.
