Lead and coach youth soccer camps, clinics, training sessions, and league games Teach fundamental and advanced soccer skills, including dribbling, passing, shooting, positioning, and game awareness Lead structured, engaging, and high-energy training environments Ensure all sessions are safe, inclusive, and development-focused Communicate effectively with players, parents, and guests Assist with session setup, equipment organization, and clean-up Provide feedback to players to support growth and confidence Participate in staff meetings and training sessions And more…
What makes you a great fit: Strong interest in soccer and youth athlete development Previous soccer coaching or playing experience Experience working with children in a coaching or instructional setting (preferred) A strong work ethic, including punctuality, organization, and attention to detail Energetic, positive, and encouraging coaching style Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to manage structured training environments in a professional manner Availability to work weekends, some holidays, and various sessions as needed – seasonal opportunities also available for weekday summer camps running
