Counselor/Success Coach

The counselor/Success coach provides personal counseling to students experiencing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges and connects them with campus and community resources. Additionally, the role involves facilitating mental health workshops, providing academic advising support during peak periods, and contributing to student retention efforts.

Candidates must hold a master’s degree in counseling, clinical psychology, or social work and possess an active clinical license in tennessee (Lpc, lcsw, lmsw, or lmft). A minimum of three years of experience in a mental health setting is required.
