Summer Swim Instructor, Stillwater YMCA

Conduct group swim lessons for various age groups while ensuring the safety of all participants. Maintain a clean pool environment and communicate effectively with parents and participants regarding progress.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old and possess or be willing to obtain certifications in cpr, aed, o2, and first aid. Previous experience in an aquatic setting is preferred along with strong interpersonal skills.
