Special Education Teacher, 50% CCR

Coordinates and provides direct instructional programs for special education students while developing and implementing individual education programs (Ieps). Monitors student progress, maintains classroom discipline, and collaborates with the educational team to meet student needs.

Requires a bachelor's degree and a north carolina professional educator’s license in an exceptional children’s teaching area. Candidates must also possess a valid motor vehicle operator’s license and the ability to perform physical tasks consistent with medium work.
