Instructional Facilitator/Literacy Coach

The instructional facilitator plans and provides classroom learning experiences while monitoring student outcomes and evaluating instructional effectiveness. They collaborate with staff, parents, and the community to ensure a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in education and possess or be eligible for a north carolina professional educator’s license. Proficiency in microsoft office, google apps, and effective classroom management techniques is required.
