Core responsibilities
The lead teacher is responsible for leading engaging, faith-Based lessons and activities that promote the whole-Child development of students. They must also foster a nurturing classroom environment while partnering with families to ensure consistent communication and support.
Requirements summary
Candidates must hold a high school diploma or equivalent and meet all state-Mandated caregiver qualifications including background checks. Previous teaching or childcare experience and early childhood education coursework are preferred.
