Coach Counselor (Youth Care Worker)

The direct juvenile support worker provides around-The-Clock safety and security while mentoring youth and assisting with their daily educational and recreational activities. They collaborate with professional staff to implement individual treatment plans and document youth behaviors.

Candidates must be at least 21 years of age and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Applicants must be able to pass a criminal background check, drug test, physical, and tb test, and hold a valid driver's license.
