Responsibilities Include: Facilitating a safe, fun educational environment Teaching students in a 4:1 ratio Applying Mathnasium's teaching methods and curriculum to instruct students in grades K-12 Assisting with math homework and test preparation Professionally and positively interacting with students to help them have a productive session
College students in STEM-related fields High school students with advanced math education Teachers looking for additional opportunities Retired teachers and STEM professionals Anyone with a passion for changing lives through math education!
Ability to work a minimum of 10 hours a week, distributed across 3 days Weekday availability starting at 3pm preferred but not required Experience with children ages 5-17 is preferred but not required Math proficiency as determined by a skills evaluation on topics ranging up to Algebra I and Geometry
