Head Start Teacher

The head start teacher is responsible for planning, organizing, and monitoring the operational aspects of a head start center, including developing and implementing educational programs. They also ensure the health, safety, and well-Being of children during the program and facilitate parent involvement.

Candidates must possess an aa degree in child development, early childhood education, or a related field, along with knowledge and experience in early childhood development and teaching methods. Additional requirements include the ability to supervise staff, develop effective classroom experiences, and maintain a positive relationship with parents and the community.
