Counselor (60486)

The counselor is responsible for providing personal and career counseling to students, enhancing their employability and ensuring their success in the job corps program. This includes developing individualized career educational plans and maintaining student confidentiality.

A bachelor's degree with at least 15 semester hours in social services-Related instruction is required, along with a minimum of one year of experience in counseling or a related field. Previous job corps experience is preferred.
