Core responsibilities
The head swim team coach will be responsible for improving team members' swimming abilities by writing and running swim team group workouts according to the season plan and training other swim team coaches. This role also oversees participant registration and maintains the cleanliness and order of the aquatics facilities.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and have two years of swim coaching experience, along with required certifications like asca membership, usa swimming membership, and cpr/Aed certification. Additional requirements include completing specific life time training and being able to perform physical tasks like swimming 25 yards/Meters without stopping.
