  • Will Do: Assess clients’ functional status and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians. Deliver preventive, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services in accordance with the plan of care. Educate clients and families on safety, health promotion, and use of prosthetic/orthotic devices. Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs). Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and participate in case conferences. Document all care activities accurately using point-of-care systems.

Minimum Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. NBCOT certification and state licensure/registration. Minimum one year of experience or completion of a 6–8 week preceptorship. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Home health experience preferred. Commitment to ethical standards and continuous learning.
