Per Diem Youth Development Counselor (Hard to Place)

The youth development counselor will establish healthy relationships with participants and provide guidance in social and independent living skills. They will also ensure a clean living environment and collaborate with team members and community resources.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged, with preference for an aa or ba degree, and experience in adolescent and child development. They should also possess strong communication skills and the ability to work with at-Risk youth and their families.
