Core responsibilities
Implement direct aba therapy services for assigned clients while engaging with bcbas during supervision sessions. Collect and record accurate behavioral data and complete all required documentation in a timely manner.
Requirements summary
Candidates must hold a high school diploma or equivalent and possess an active rbt certification or obtain one within 60 days of hire. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with families and clinical staff are required.
