Core responsibilities
Implement direct aba therapy services for assigned clients while engaging with bcbas for supervision and feedback. Accurately collect and record client behavioral data and complete all required documentation in a timely manner.
Requirements summary
Candidates must hold a high school diploma or equivalent and obtain an active rbt certification within 60 days of hire. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with families and clinical staff are required.
