Program Instructor

The program instructor plans, organizes, and implements diversified programs across core areas to foster youth development. They are responsible for supervising members, maintaining a safe environment, and managing program supplies and facilities.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and at least three years of experience or training in youth development and teaching. Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate youth and manage behavior are essential.
