Program Instructor - Kindergarten Enrichment

The role involves planning, organizing, promoting, and implementing diversified programs for kindergarten through first-Grade students (Ages 5-7) across two or more core program areas. Essential duties include creating a positive learning environment, monitoring program quality and safety, supervising members, and tracking attendance.

A minimum of three years of combined formal training or experience working with youth, including knowledge of youth development and experience teaching engaging learning experiences, is required, alongside a high school diploma or ged. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate youth and manage behavior problems.
