Child Care Assistant, Part-Time, Temporary (STF3381)

The child care assistant is responsible for planning and implementing learning activities while maintaining an orderly and safe classroom environment. They also assist with meal preparation and maintain regular communication with parents regarding child activities.

Candidates must have at least one year of childcare experience and hold a cda, 12 hours of early childhood education coursework, or an associate degree in a related field. Physical ability to keep pace with young children and lift up to 50 pounds is required.
