Medical Assistant Student Apprenticeship

The medical assistant apprentice assists providers with patient exams, procedures, and clinical documentation while maintaining accurate medical records. They also perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and processing incoming phone calls.

Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent and reside within the service area of the workforce development board of south-Central wisconsin. Candidates must be willing to commit to an 18-Month full-Time apprenticeship program and sign an employment agreement for two years of post-Completion service.
