Assistant Coach/Head Instructor

The coach will lead practice sessions, provide on-Deck instruction, and support swimmers in achieving their goals. They will also assist in overseeing instructors and maintaining a positive, inclusive team environment.

Candidates must have a background in year-Round competitive swimming and possess current certifications in lifeguarding, cpr, aed, and first aid. Strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to work in a wet, active environment are required.
