Assistant Coach/Aquatic Manager

The coach will lead practice sessions, provide on-Deck instruction, and develop training plans for swimmers of various age groups. They will also mentor swimmers, communicate with parents and management, and assist with staff oversight.

Candidates must have a background in year-Round competitive swimming and possess current certifications in lifeguarding, cpr, aed, and first aid. Strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends are required.
