Assistant Coach/Aquatic Manager

The coach will lead practice sessions, provide on-Deck instruction, and develop training plans for swimmers of various age groups. They will also collaborate with other staff to ensure program consistency and maintain open communication with parents and management.

Candidates must have a background in year-Round competitive swimming and possess current certifications in lifeguarding, cpr, aed, and first aid. Strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends are required.
