About the role

The therapist is responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing treatment for clients in outpatient and school-based settings. They provide direct therapeutic services, maintain clinical documentation, and collaborate with community partners to ensure quality care.

The Therapist has the primary responsibility for the assessment, planning and implementation of the treatment for clients in the outpatient program, mainly school-based within Raceland-Worthington Independent Schools. The Therapist provides both direct services and mobilizes the resources of the total treatment milieu.

This includes, but is not limited to, individual, collateral, group and family therapy.

1. Conducts and documents diagnostic assessment and treatment goals/objectives within the appropriate time-frame. 2. Directs the planning and writing of the client’s care plan. 3. Oversee the day-to-day operations of treatment services for their clients. 4. Promotes a positive view of RE and Re-group to the public and outside agencies. 5. Provides individual, group, collateral and family treatment, as appropriate, to clients based on clinical issues and treatment needs. 6. Maintains current therapy notes, treatment reports, and other written documentation and correspondence according to agency policy and within appropriate time frames. 7. Attends all therapist meetings and assists in developing appropriate intervention techniques. 8. Maintains current licensure and stays within ethical guidelines provided by your licensure board. 9. Participates in supervision and consultation on a regular basis. 10. Collaborates effectively with other assigned Re-group services and community partners. 11. Meets minimum requirements for billable time on a consistent basis based on case load and area served. 12. Ability to be flexible and adapt to change in schedules and work environment. 13. Provides consistent, quality treatment to all clients on their caseload. 14. Ensures all necessary records are maintained and kept confidential. 15. Ensures entries in all treatment plans, and narrative reports to MCO’s are done in a professional, concise and timely manner. 16. Participates in “on call” schedule when appropriate. 17. Performs other duties as assigned.

Master's Degree in a Human Services or related field from an accredited university is required.

Must hold or be eligible for a clinical KY Masters-level licensure (CSW, LCSW, LPCA, LPCC, LPA, LPP, LMFT, CADC, or LCADC).

Ramey-Estep/Re-group is an approved National Health Service Corp (NHSC) site so independently licensed clinicians can apply for student loan repayment through this program with a 2-year service commitment.

This position can potentially serve clients in the following Kentucky counties: Bourbon, Harrison, Nicholas, Scott and the surrounding area.

The rate of pay for this position starts at $65,000/annually.

This position offers a competitive salary and is eligible for a sign-on bonus starting at $3,000.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a Human Services or related field from an accredited university. A valid Kentucky clinical Masters-level licensure such as CSW, LCSW, LPCA, LPCC, LPA, LPP, LMFT, CADC, or LCADC is required.
