Diabetes Educator Clinic RN

The diabetes educator rn will conduct comprehensive individual education sessions for patients regarding medication management, blood glucose monitoring, and healthy lifestyle choices. They will collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement personalized care plans to support patient well-Being.

Candidates must hold a current registered nurse (Rn) license and have graduated from an accredited nursing program. A basic life support (Bls) certification is required, and a certified diabetes educator (Cde) certification must be obtained within 24 months of hire.
