Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The bcba is responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments, developing acquisition and behavior-Reduction programs, and providing supervision to rbts. They also facilitate parent training and ensure data-Informed modifications to intervention plans within a clinic-Based setting.

Candidates must be a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) in good standing with the bacb. A minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
