If yes, Lakemary is looking for a Job Coach for our Children's Residential Service Program. In this role you will work with children training and monitoring them while on job sites. On non school days you will work in the classroom or residential setting during day hours. You will be working in an environment that is well supported with the presence of a Principal, Vice Principal, Day Campus Coach, Assistance Team members, Teachers, and other clinical professionals.

  • Responsibilities: Provide compassionate driven care and supervision of children and youth. Drive and Assist AIM students at off campus jobs. Train and monitor AIM students while on the job site. Collect data and IEP and progress documentation Assist the AIM teachers with all daily routines. Learn and apply each child's treatment plan and implement therapeutic interventions as necessary. Intervene in crisis situations, including physical management of residents, using approved crisis management system and skills. Complete all documentation by the end of shift. Help with morning and afternoon bus duty, and morning dress
