Direct Support Professional

The direct support professional will provide direction and supervision to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in both residential and community settings. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, intervening in crisis situations, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and be at least 18 years old due to insurance criteria. Preferred qualifications include direct care experience and the ability to maintain confidentiality and effective working relationships.
