Assistant Teacher

The assistant teacher supports the lead teacher in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum while ensuring the safety and emotional well-Being of children. Responsibilities include assisting with daily classroom routines, maintaining attendance records, and documenting student progress through observations.

Candidates must be at least 16 years of age and possess current cpr and first aid certifications. Familiarity with massachusetts eec licensing regulations and knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices in early childhood education are required.
