Teacher of the Blind or Visually Impaired TVI BVI

The teacher of the blind or visually impaired will provide teaching and case management services, including developing and implementing individualized education plans (Ieps). They will also conduct assessments, evaluate student progress, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support student learning.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's or master's degree in special education and an education specialist instruction credential for visual impairments. At least one year of experience in a school setting and the ability to pass a fingerprint background clearance are required.
