Job description

At Caravel Autism Health we’re not just offering jobs — we’re offering purpose, connection, and the chance to be the difference in a child’s life.

As a Behavior Technician (BT), you’ll help children achieve life-changing milestones—like saying “I love you” for the first time. Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you’ll guide children through fun, skill-building activities that promote growth and reduce challenging behaviors. The ages are from 2-14 years old (typically towards the younger range).

We Offer

  • No RBT? $17-18
  • Obtained your RBT? Start between $19-$20 for RBT 1 with potential to move up to $20.00 with progressions into Advanced ARBT with additional pay raises
  • Pay based on experience, education, and performance

What We’re Looking For

  • 18+ years old required
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong work ethic
  • Comfortable playing with children
  • Full-time availability (Monday–Friday 7:30a-4:30p)
  • Occasional Saturday availability for make-up sessions
