Job description

As a Behavior Technician (BT), you'll help children achieve life-changing milestones - like saying "I love you" for the first time. Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you'll guide children through fun, skill-building activities that promote growth and reduce challenging behaviors.

We Offer

  • Pay based on experience, education, and performance
  • No RBT? $17-18 per hour to start
  • Obtained your RBT? $18 - $24 per hour
  • Ongoing professional development and career growth

  • Friday (8am - 4:30pm)
  • Occasional Saturday availability for make-up sessions
