THE ROLE As a Part-Time Youth Mentor, you’ll play a key role in our youth services program, supporting youth with disabilities in achieving their personal goals. Hourly Rate

$16.35/Hourly Hours: 20-40 hours per week SUMMER PROGRAM: 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (Monday-Friday) Flexibility: Scheduling tailored to your availability WHAT YOU'LL DO Provide support to youth participants with disabilities. Summer Schedule (7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.). Assist on Outings/Community Engagement Activities (Pools, Theme Parks, Parks, Farms) Work collaboratively with the Aptiv team to help youth develop independence, social, and life skills. Mentor participants one-on-one and in small group settings. Teach emotional regulation, coping, and anger management strategies. Maintain consistency, strong communication, and accurate, up-to-date documentation. QUALIFICATIONS Must be 18 years or older. High School Diploma- Required Possess a valid driver’s license and have access to reliable transportation. Meet the State of Wisconsin’s minimum auto insurance requirements.
