The School-Linked Behavioral Health Practitioner and Targeted Case Manager plays a vital role in supporting students' emotional and behavioral well-being. This position is responsible for providing skills training, targeted case management, crisis intervention, and treatment plan development and review. The practitioner also administers and reports standardized assessments to monitor progress and guide care.
