DES- Employment Specialist/Job Coach

Coordinate community employment services for individuals with disabilities, including job placement, development, and ongoing training. Provide systematic instruction and advocacy to ensure successful long-Term employment and maintain accurate case management records.

A bachelor's degree in a related field or commensurate experience is preferred. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proficiency in microsoft office.
