The teacher's aide supports the classroom teacher in implementing lesson plans and leading student groups while maintaining a safe and orderly environment. They also perform clerical duties, maintain accurate student records, and serve as a positive role model during meal times.

Candidates must hold an appropriate aide license or be eligible to obtain one and possess a high school degree. Additionally, applicants must pass fbi and bci background checks and complete the virtus protecting god's children training.
