1st Grade Teacher

The teacher will plan, deliver, and assess effective instruction aligned with tennessee state standards while differentiating lessons to meet diverse learner needs. They are also responsible for building strong relationships with students and families and maintaining a structured, positive classroom environment.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and a valid tennessee teaching license in elementary education (K-5) or be currently enrolled in an accredited teacher preparation program. Applicants should be student-Focused, coachable, and possess strong classroom management and communication skills.
