School Nurse

The school nurse provides medical assistance, emergency care, and health education to students and staff while ensuring compliance with health regulations. They also manage medication administration, maintain medical records, and participate in health-Related team assessments.

Candidates must hold a high school diploma or ged and a valid tennessee registered nurse (Rn) license, with a four-Year nursing degree preferred. At least three years of experience in nursing, particularly in pediatric or public health settings, is required along with current cpr and first aid certification.
