The clinician is responsible for providing clinical care and group therapy to youth in a therapeutic after-school program. They will also coordinate with families, schools, and community agencies to support the treatment goals of each client.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field. A valid driver's license and the ability to work afternoon and evening hours are required.

JRI's Total Achievement Program (TAP) is a therapeutic after-school and summer program for youth ages 6 to 12 years old, located in Norton, MA.
You will work alongside a small team to provide care for up to 12 clients at any one time. TAP staff closely collaborate with the youths’ families, schools, and community agency providers to support each client's success as a vital component of a comprehensive treatment team.
We are offering a $2,000 sign on bonus paid out in full after 6 months of employment.
The pay range for this position is $50,000 to $75,000 per year. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.
