Description Shodair is looking to hire a CSCT Therapist to join our team at Kessler Elementary School! The ideal candidate is someone who: Works well with a team and independently Is caring and empathetic Has classroom and behavior management experience Has treatment planning and assessment experience Is fun and creative The CSCT Therapist is responsible for facilitating individual, family and group therapy including identification of family functioning and patterns contributing to a student's behavior. They also serve as an integral part of the treatment team and provides therapeutic learning during summer programming.

Starting salary is $63,398.40 (unlicensed) and $69,264.00 (licensed).
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE · Graduation from an accredited Master’s degree program in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology or a closely related field. · 2 years of experience working with children who are emotionally disturbed is preferred. · Evidence of training and/or experience in individual, group, and family therapy.
CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE · Current candidates license in the state of Montana (PCLC, SWLC, etc.) · Eligible for licensure as LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT in the State of Montana and actively working towards Montana licensure per the board of Behavioral Health requirements.
