Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The registered behavior technician will work directly with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder to implement personalized care plans and behavior intervention strategies. They are responsible for collecting accurate data, maintaining hipaa-Compliant documentation, and supporting clients with daily living activities.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and be legally authorized to work in the u.s. Applicants must be able to pass background checks, possess reliable transportation, and be physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and engaging in active play.
