OB/GYN Physician – Clinic-Only Position with No Hospital Call

• 4-day work week | No deliveries unless already onsite | Experienced physician role This position is eligible for hiring incentives to include sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.
• Summary Join a well-established, clinic-only OB/GYN team providing comprehensive women’s health care without hospital call responsibilities.
• This full-scope practice includes clinic patients, scheduled surgeries, and planned deliveries, with no requirement to leave clinic for deliveries and opportunities to read ultrasounds.
• Physicians also have the opportunity to engage in academic teaching with medical students and residents.
• Schedule Full-time | 4 days per week | Onsite – St.
• Cloud, MN Day shifts | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM No hospital call; deliveries occur only when already at the hospital for rounds or procedures Pay and Benefits

Salary Range

$350,000 - $490,000 per year Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.

Qualifications

Required: BE/BC in Obstetrics & Gynecology Eligible for Minnesota medical license Minimum of 10 years experience in full-spectrum OB/GYN Preferred: Interest in teaching residents and medical students Experience in clinic-centric OB/GYN practice models Department Information CentraCare’s OB/GYN clinic model features a highly experienced, clinic-based team delivering comprehensive outpatient women’s health services.
