The Program Facilitator is responsible for planning and implementing therapeutic programming and living skills education for adult patients with mental health or chemical dependency issues. Key duties include facilitating social skills groups, collaborating with clinical staff, and maintaining a safe, structured environment.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in a human services field or at least two years of related experience in group facilitation and material design. Candidates must possess knowledge of psychiatric diagnoses and the ability to teach creative and educational activities.
Find your passion in helping others as a Program Facilitator with the Adult Partial Hospitalization & Intensive Outpatient Programs. In this role, you are responsible for increasing patient awareness and abilities in the area of living skills and recreation activities by providing education and information on an individual or group basis. You will be a member of the interdisciplinary team responsible for planning and implementing a variety of therapeutic programming (education and/or activities) to adult patients with mental health and/or chemical dependency issues.
