Essential functions (job duties): Responsible for teaching high school students while acting as a role model.
Effectively plan for the classes, programs and enrichment.
Write and or follow lesson plans that accompany the curriculum.
Assist the Site Coordinator in planning and implementing program launches, open houses, special exhibits, fieldtrips and any performances.
Actively promote and assist in recruiting and enrollment for the C2 Pipeline 21st CCLC Program.
Assist with the Michigan Department of Education and MSU 21st CCLC surveys, data collection and deadlines.
Assist with the David P.
Wikart Youth Program Quality Assessment (YPQA), assessments and observations.
Attend all trainings as mandated by Michigan Department of Human Services Bureau of Children and Adult Licensing requirements.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Unique duties: Provide direction, leadership, and supervision in the teaching of enrichment activities to High School students in addition to providing assistance with homework and tutoring.

Salary minimum: Salary hire maximum: Working conditions: Some evening and weekend work is required. Maximum of 12 hours/week, 2.5-3 hours per day, Monday through Friday predominantly. Schedule dependent on student release times at the individual high schools. Some sites have regularly scheduled early release days.
