Behavior Technician (BT)

The behavior technician provides one-On-One support to children with autism or developmental delays to build communication, social, and daily living skills. Responsibilities include implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting progress data, and communicating regularly with families.

Candidates must have at least 6 months of experience working with children with intellectual disabilities and a high school diploma. A 40-Hour rbt training course must be completed prior to employment, and candidates must obtain rbt certification within 6 months.
