Core responsibilities
The behavior technician will implement aba programs and behavior reduction protocols to support children with autism spectrum disorder. They are responsible for collecting data to measure client progress and collaborating with bcbas to adjust treatment plans.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a passion for working with children on the autism spectrum. Experience in behavioral or developmental support is preferred, along with the ability to work flexible after-School and evening hours.
