Core responsibilities
As a bc or bcba, you will conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized aba treatment plans. You will also supervise and train registered behavior technicians and engage with families to ensure effective treatment.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a master's degree in applied behavior analysis or a related field and be bcba certified or in the process of certification. Evening availability for 2-3 days a week is preferred, and new graduates are encouraged to apply.
